MUMBAI: Sony TV’s Dil Hi Toh Hai (Balaji Telefilms) has garnered a lot of audience attention with its unique love story. Fans went gaga over Rithvik and Palak’s (Karan Kundra and Yogita Bihani respectively) dramatic wedding.

Ever since their wedding, the two are facing struggle and hardships to survive. Rithvik has left his luxurious life for Palak. They are living a middle-class life and striving hard to make ends meet.

Despite the extreme struggle and misunderstandings, the duo has managed to stay happy. In the upcoming episodes, Rithvik’s birthday celebrations will be shown. Palak organizes a birthday party for her doting husband Rithvik. Viewers can expect light romantic scenes between them during the birthday celebrations.
