MUMBAI: A lot of excitement is in store for viewers of Zee TV’s Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan as Shabir Ahluwalia who plays Mohan is currently seen in the promos of the show, bringing a baaraat with a twist to the house of Radhika (played by Neeharika Roy) and Yug (played by Manit Joura) with divorce papers in his hands. The baraat is just his way of loudly proclaiming that Radhika is none other than his wife Radha and that they are still legally married. Audiences have already experienced Yug’s toxic ways and this tamasha by Mohan is bound to ignite his wrath …

With so much negativity that his character Yug exudes on screen, actor Manit Joura has a unique way of detaching from the role. Manit follows a strict workout which not only serves as a great stressbuster but helps him demarcate where his ‘reel’ self ends, and the ‘real’ self takes over.

Manit said, “I have realized that mental health is very closely linked with one’s physical well-being. The release of endorphins during a workout help me wash away the stress for the day.  For me, staying fit is not an option but a basic need. I look forward to those few hours I dedicate solely to myself. It is like meditation, helping me understand my body better and recognize its demands. I either go to the gym or, on long days, prefer to go for runs or walks, it helps me stay focused.”

While Manit has his focus on staying fit, in the recent episodes, viewers saw how Radha is trying to calm down Yug, in all her capacity. And on the other hand, Mohan is seizing every opportunity to make Radha’s life difficult because he wants her back at any cost. What will be Yug’s next action? Will Radha be able to save herself from him?
