MUMBAI: The episode begins with Luthras conducting press conference. The reporters question Karan about him getting married which shocks Karan and rest of the Luthras. But Sherlyn is happy as it is her plan only. Karan gets very furious with the press reporters for questioning about his wedding. Karina also tells the reporters that Karan is not married. There is a flashback where Sherlyn calls the reporter and informs him about Karan’s wedding. Karan tells the press people that the press conference is about Rishabh’s business and not about his wedding. Rishabh also requests the press not to ask any questions but they keep on asking. In the mean time Karina goes to Mahira. She asks Mahira whether she is ready to face the complications that can occur because of Preeta after Mahira gets married to Karan. Kritika is present there so she gets shocked. Mahira agrees to face the complications. Kritika tries to talk to Karina but Karina asks her to stay away from the issue.

On the other hand Preeta and Shrishty reach home. Sarla, Janki and Bijee wonder to see them. When Sarla asks her, Srishti tells her she went to the Luthra house to find out what legal notice Preeta sent them. Hearing this, Preeta says she didn’t send any legal notice. Preeta stops Sarla from calling Karina saying she will scold them again. Karina announces Karan’s engagement to Mahira at the press conference. She asks them to spread the news as well. Karan goes to his room without saying a word after the press conference is over. Kritika tells Sameer that Mahira and Karan’s wedding has been announced. Rakhi wants to know if Mahira even wants to marry Karan. Mahira tells Rakhi that she wants to marry Karan and is in love with him. Daadi also accepts the marriage proposal and Karina asks Rakhi to call her friend and say her daughter Mahira will marry Karan.
