Talented actor Kapil Soni is all set to don the avatar of a Sardar ji for his upcoming episodic show.

Yes, the man will be seen in the role of a Punjabi munda for a special episode in Code Red Awaaz (Sunshine Rise Productions) on Colors.

A source shares that this particular story will be about car thieves, who will kidnap Kapil’s son along with stealing his new car. And unfortunately when he will get in touch with Kabir (Yash Sinha), he will connect Kapil with a young girl, who has met with the same fate and her family member got killed into the entire malpractice.

When contacted, Kapil shared, “I am essaying the role of a Punjabi guy Harpreet and the best part is even after being a Punjabi, I am donning the character of a sardar ji for the first time.

For me this was not much difficult to do, as I am accustomed with the language and culture”.

“I am happy that once again Anshuman’s (Producer, Suhshine Rise Productions) team approached me to do a role. And the best part about doing Code Red is that it always gives a humanitarian message with every story. And even in this one the climax will be a heart touching one, about which I can’t reveal now”, added Kapil.
