"You have to keep your body in a good state and for that you have to eat right,” he told the excited TC team. In fact, he also revealed that he stays away from alcohol and smoking. "I also do not binge on food," he added. And that too when he is a Punjabi, who are known to be foodies, came as a shock to us. To add to all the masti we had with him, he also gave us lots of gyaan on the right kind of food.
