MUMBAI : Dhruv Tara – Samay Sadi Se Pare is a new show that was launched a year ago.

The show stars Ishaan Dhawan and Riya Sharma in lead roles.

The show is produced by Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal under the banner of Shashi Sumeet Production.

The show was doing well but saw a dip in ratings but then a few weeks ago there was news doing the rounds that the show might go off - air and the fans were upset with the news.

The show was supposed to go off- air a couple of months back but then the show got extended and is doing pretty good this time.

Worship Khanna has entered the show where he would be essaying a comic character for the first time.

The actor has exclusively shared the look of his upcoming serial Dhruv Tara.

Where he is seen wearing a dhoti and is in an entire desi look.

On the look of his character Worship said 'I am essaying the character of 'Birju' and I have never played such a character before and it's a comedy character high on energy and over the top comedy. As you know Dhruv Tara is not a comedy show so I am the only person playing a comedy character'

He further said I am playing Dhruv's friend and my attire is totally different as the story is from 1980 and I am wearing dhoti, pagadi and the look is very Rajasthani and in a very comical way. The audience will get to see a lot of nok - jok between Dhruv and Birju and this character is inspired from Maine Pyar Kiya's character Manohar and the bond will be like the one between Prem and him, in the same way Birju and Dhruv will have their bond'

Well, there is no doubt that fans are super excited to see Worship is a new role.
