Deeya Chopra who was last seen in Pratigya is currently shooting for Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuen as she plays one of the daughters-in-law. It is heard that she will now be part of Balaji’s show on Colors which is tentatively titled Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. A source says, “Deeya Chopra will be seen as the lead’s girlfriend on the show. Though the story is about him getting married to a Maharashtrian girl who is a lawyer, Deeya will be seen playing his girlfriend. “Priyamvada Sawant who was earlier finalised to play the female lead won’t be doing the show anymore as allegedly the financial negotiation between them failed.” The show was to go on-air post IPL but it has been postponed now for a number of reasons. However a telecast date has not yet been finalised. Deeya Chopra remained unavailable for comment.
