Indian television’s favourite team of CID cops have been entertaining generations as they solve one exciting case after another! Bringing some more twists to the tale, Sony Entertainment Television’s longest running and pioneer show, CID comes to the city of Ahmedabad once again to shoot a special series on Makar Sankranti.

Amidst the shoot, the beloved Daya and Abhijeet were seen flying kite and celebrating Makar Sankranti with the audiences of Ahmedabad.

Speaking about the same, Dayanand Shetty said, “Ahmedabad is a beautiful city and it’s a pleasure to shoot here again. Shooting in the lanes of Ahmedabad has been a great experience, but what topped it up this time was that we were shooting during the kite flying festival. Makar Sankranti is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Ahmedabad and hence our entire team enjoyed this occasion by keeping a kite flying competition and gorging on some delicious til gud ladoos.”
