MUMBAI: Sumit Bharadwaj, who was last seen in Qayamat Ki Raat, has bagged a new show. He will be seen in the supernatural TV series Nazar.

Also known for his acting in Beyhadh, the actor will be playing an important role in the show.

According to media reports, “his character will be extremely positive and powerful, but will have several layers. His character will have the power of controlling people's minds just by eye contact. However, his character will be misunderstood by others and that will bring in several developments in the narrative.”

Nazar stars Antara Biswas, Niyati Fatnani and Harsh Rajput in lead roles. The show airs on Star Plus and streams on Hotstar.
