Ekta Kapoor is leaving no stone unturned in her bid to make her upcoming show Fashion (tentatively titled) a grand affair. After roping in Amrita Singh, Balaji Telefilms is trying to woo more celebs from Bollywood for this show. The buzz goes that evergreen actress Dimple Kapadia is on their wish list. “Balaji has approached Dimple Kapadia for a pivotal role. If everything goes smoothly, viewers will see Kapadia make her television debut,” says a source. When contacted, creative head Vikas Goopta said, “Dimple is not the only Bollywood celeb on our wish list. Casting is on and nothing has been finalised. It’s too premature to say anything now. We’ll reveal details only once it’s on the dotted line.” Fashion is tipped to come on NDTV Imagine.
