MUMBAI: Aadya questions Anuj where he went. Anuj tells Aadya that he went on a walk. Aadya gets convinced. Anuj wishes Aadya would reunite with Anupama. Aadya expresses to Anuj that she is happy in India. Anuj tells Aadya that it is the beauty of India. He says Aadya will want to stay back in India. Aadya plans Anuj and Shruti’s wedding. Anuj remembers Anuj.

Kavya, Dimple, and Kinjal talk about the haldi ceremony. Kavya worries that Vanraj hasn’t returned yet. Kavya, Kinjal, and Dimple heard someone’s voice. They check and find Ishani, Pari, Ansh, and Mahi sitting outside. Pari tells Kinjal that Ishani was coughing, so Pakhi throws them out of the room. Kinjal asks the kids to sleep in their room. Hasmuk gets angry at Pakhi. He decides to give medicine to Ishani. Dimple says Pakhi can’t misbehave with Ishani. She decides to raise Ishani if Pakhi can’t.

Bhavesh brings sweets for Anupama. Devika asks Bhavesh to give her a sweet too. Anupama asks Bhavesh to remarry. Bhavesh refuses to marry. Anupama asks Bhavesh why he is avoiding marriage. Bhavesh says Anupama is also married, but if she is happy, Anupama tries to convince Bhavesh to marry. Bhavesh decides to spend time with Anupama.

Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding. Further, Anupama wishes Vanraj wouldn’t disturb Dimple and Titu’s wedding. Hasmuk asks Pakhi to take care of Ishani. Pakhi asks Hasmuk to let her sleep. Hasmuk feeds medicine to Ishani. Ishani falls unconscious. Hasmuk calls out the Shahs. Vanraj gets scared of Ishani.

Anupama remembers Anuj. Kavya tells Anupama about Ishani. She tells Pakhi about Ishani’s condition. Vanraj and Paritosh rush Ishani to the hospital. Pakhi fears for Ishani. Kavya, Kinjal, and Dimple console Leela. Kinjal learns that Ishani took the wrong medicine.

Hasmuk goes to check on Ishani. Anupama console Hasmuk. Vanraj asks Hasmuk not to worry. Ansh, Pari, and Mahi ask Kavya if Ishani is going to die. Dimple and Kavya tell Pari, Ansh, and Mahi that Ishani will be fine soon. The Shahs pray for Ishani.

Biji and Yashdeep decide to restart. Yashdeep decides to punish Gulati. He decides to return the partnership to Anupama. Biji supports Yashdeep.

There, Pakhi accuses Hasmuk of Ishani’s condition. Anupama is shocked. She takes Hasmuk’s side. Pakhi threatens Hasmuk. Mahi, Pari, and Ansh pray for Ishani. The doctor tells Pakhi that Ishani is out of danger. Kinjal tells Dimple, Kavya, and Leela that Hasmuk gave the wrong medicine to Ishani. -Episode Ends
