MUMBAI: Bollywood siren Malaika Arora has a huge fan following not just for her sexy dance moves but her impeccable style and fashion sense. The actress has been in the news for a while now for dating actor Arjun Kapoor. Malaika has a lavish apartment in Bandra’s Pali Hill area.

The actress has now given her apartment on rent to costume designer Kashish Hans. As per reports, the lease agreement is for three years and the rent that Hans is paying is Rs 1.57 Lakhs. This will increase by 5% annually. Which means the rent for the first year will be 1.5 Lakhs pm and will be 1.57 in the second year.  

This involves a security deposit of Rs 4.5 lakh. Reportedly, this is not the first time Malaika has rented out her apartment. Previously she rented her apartment to Jeffrey Goldenberg, the owner of The Jeff Goldenberg Studio for a rent of Rs 1.2 Lakhs.

Malaika’s BF Arjun Kapoor previously sold his apartment in the same area for a whopping Rs 16 crores in 2022.
