MUMBAI : Acclaimed filmmaker Karan Johar has stirred excitement among fans with his latest Instagram post: an intense gym workout video featuring 'Kaawaa Kaawaa', the latest song from his upcoming action thriller, 'Kill'. The track, a fusion of Punjabi beats and pop vocals, is composed and written by Shashwat Sachdev and performed by Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Sanj V, and Sachdev himself.
'Kaawaa Kaawaa' is designed to energize, making it perfect for high-energy workouts. In the video, Lakshya, the film's debuting actor, showcases an electrifying fight sequence, embodying the song's vibrant essence. Karan Johar captioned his post, “Work out to Kawa Kawa #Kill @itslakshya”.
Lakshya also shared the video on his Instagram, writing, “Just my latest gym-jam 👊 #KaawaaKaawaa song out now from #Kill in cinemas near you on 5th July @nix_bhat”.
'Kill', directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, is produced by Karan Johar, Guneet Monga Kapoor, Apoorva Mehta, and Achin Jain under Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment. The film, which earned acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival last year as the first runner-up for the People’s Choice Award: Midnight Madness, is set to release on July 5, 2024, promising to be a cinematic spectacle.
