MUMBAI : Sunny Deol is on fire following Gadar 2's success. The actor is currently one of the busiest celebrities in the movie industry. He has a lot of films in his kitty. Border 2 is one of the most eagerly awaited ones. Border worked box office magic back in 1997.

The military drama starring Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, and others broke numerous box office records with a strong sense of patriotism. JP Dutta is returning after a long absence with Border 2. The announcement of the sequel has Sunny Deol reprising his role as Major Kuldeep.

JP Dutta has revealed details about the plot of Sunny Deol's Border 2 and more in an interview with the well-known news portal. He disclosed that the remaining operations from the 1971 India-Pakistan war will be the subject of the sequel.

The director emphasized that since everyone loves their nation, tales of the bravery and heroism of the armed workforce will never go out of style. He went on to say that the reason Border was a success was because it was a brave topic.

He added, "Our armed forces are so inspiring with everything they do that if the emotion is caught and portrayed the right way, it can create magic in the hearts of people. Also, my actors gave it their all. They portrayed the characters so well."

JP Dutta also revealed that there will be chest-thumping patriotism in Border 2. He went on to say that the movie would appeal to the same audiences as his earlier works, which inspired individuals to join the Indian Army. JP Dutta also disclosed that two years ago, his daughter Nidhi wrote the story for Border 2.

Anurag Singh will serve as the director of Border 2. In addition to Sunny Deol, Ayushmann Khurrana claims to be a member of Border 2. There is much more to discover, including the shooting timetable.

In addition to Border 2, Sunny Deol has several other films, including Safar, 1947, Lahore, and more. According to reports, he will also feature in the Ramayana. In the next film by Nitesh Tiwari, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, he will portray Lord Hanuman.
