MUMBAI: Over the time with her amazing contribution, singer Akasa Singh has been grabbing the attention of the fans and ruling the hearts of millions. Now, she is all set to be seen in the upcoming Sony Liv series titled Chamak.

During an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, singer turned actress Akasa Singh spoke in detail about her upcoming series Chamak on Sony LIV and also on what made her agree to the series.

Akasa Singh says that she is playing a girl next door who looks up to her father, but she never got any sort of validation from him. She has to stop living the way she has been for a reason and how her life changes due to that is shown in the series.

Akasa Singh on what made her say yes for the show

Akasa Singh says that looking at the brilliant concept and such amazing cast, there is no question asked it. It was a great opportunity for her and she could not say no to the show. She adds that she had got a call, saying that she is doing the show from the Mukesh Chhabra team and next few days, she was on the set. She is really excited to share the show with the fans.

Akasa Singh on her takeaway from the entire show Chamak

Akasa Singh says that as an artist, she said that she is really happy to be the part of the show because it has given her an opportunity to take chances on herself. She also says that the show has given her satisfaction and has given a new path in her journey.
