This despite, former MTV veejay and Indian Idol host Mini Mathur was jettisoned from JHALAK this weekend to the disappointment of her fans. Mini has put her eviction behind her. In fact she sounded relieved, and was preparing for a well deserved holiday when Tellychakkar.com had a short tete a tete with her. Excerpts: <strong> How do you look back at your experience in Jhalak?</strong>

We've been hearing about Aruna Irani's new show Doli Saja Ke Rakhna for a long time now. Well, after a set of teething problems, the plucky producer is now finally ready to roll out the show in the coming week. This time around its not a passionate love story (Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand) or a strong lead protagonist (Vaidehi); but Doli is a story of this young manhoos girl Anupama whose birth unfortunately coincides with the death of her mother Kiran.

Rupa Ganguly rose to fame as Draupadi from the television series Mahabharat. After this, the talented actress went off to Calcutta in search of meaty roles. Now after a long sabbatical, she will be seen in Anurag Basu's Love Story on Sab TV. In a candid chat with tellychakkar.com, Rupa tells us all about her second innings on the small screen. <strong> You rose to fame with B R Chopra's Mahabharat. Why did you leave television after that?</strong>
