While the OG movie was directed by Ken Ghosh, the rebooted version, that featured Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf, Naila Grrewal, and Jibraan Khan, was directed by Nipun Dharmadhikari. Ishq Vishk made an opening collection of around Rs 1 Cr.

While Ishq Vishk became a memorable movie for all the 90s kids, the rebooted version turned out in such a way that even GenZs stayed away from it.

Pashmina Roshan revealed in a recent interview with a popular news agency that she struggled with depression in her early years. Pashmina remembered how she used to simply sleep in the afternoons and how she was doubtful of her capacity to be a "good actor".

The movie marked the Bollywood debut of Shahid Kapoor and Shenaz Treasurywala. The upcoming film Ishq Vishk Rebound that is soon going to release is now making fans nostalgic.

The makers had recently released a couple of songs from the movie. After listening to those tracks the expectation level has gone up and The audience cannot wait for the movie to release in theatres.
