The audience is having fun with action, thriller, horror and many other genres but there’s not as much of comedy as it is required or used to be. For a variety of reasons, we don’t get to watch comedy like before but what’s more important to note here is that we don’t get to watch comedians like before.

So we all know Hera Pheri, Welcome, Housefull and Dhamaal have all franchises now. Even Masti have become a franchise. There are reports that After Phir Hera Pheri, the makers are working on a sequel and so is the case with all these franchises. The makers are set to come back with sequels.

Anil Kapoor and Rani Mukerji are all set to reunite after 23 years for Nayak 2. The two were appreciated for their roles in Nayak and the film was about the journey of Shivaji Rao who takes the position of Chief Minister for a day.

There is some fantastic news for fans of the franchise. Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in its 5th instalment. The film’s shooting will begin from August 2024. Jr Bachchan has previously starred in Housefull 3 as a wannabe rapper Bunty.

We got to watch the story of URI and Article 370 which received a lot of love from the audience. Both the movies involved Aditya Dhar. While he was the director for URI, he took the seat of producer in Article 370.

Khan has appeared in movies such Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin, Mann, Akele Hum Akele Tum, and Welcome. In an interview with a YouTube channel, Mushtaq remembered his collaborations with Kaka during the height of his fame and in one of his final projects, some decades later.

One of his best-known films to date is Andhadhun which was released in 2018. Recently, the actor discussed the movie and admitted to "snatching" it from Sriram Raghavan. He also disclosed Raghavan's initial feelings that he didn't 'fit' the role.
