Jameel Khan

Jameel Khan, who is currently in the news for his role as Santosh Mishra in the popular series Gullak, was also a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 1999 film Hum Dil Chuke Sanam. This was one of Jameel’s initial films while he was busy with theatre and avoided camera.

Vaibhav Raj Gupta has become one of the most promising names in the entertainment industry. The actor made his Bollywood debut in the film Noor in 2017. However, it was the second season of Gullak which released in the year 2021 that gave him wider recognition.

A traffic policeman was portrayed by actor Jameel Khan in the romantic drama film Chalte Chalte, released in 2003. In an interview with Rajshri Unplugged, he recalled a moment when Shah Rukh Khan had calmed him down on set.

Amit Rai is the writer and director of OMG 2, which is a spiritual successor to the 2012 movie OMG - Oh My God! Akshay Kumar plays a Shiva messenger in the movie, and Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam respectively play a shop owner and an opposing lawyer.
